These regulations (hereinafter the Regulations) apply to the Space Challenge 2024 competition (hereinafter the Competition) organized by the Pécs Cultural Center (7633 Pécs, Dr. Veress Endre u. 6, representative: director Attila Pavlovics) as Organizer.
The rules were created by the Organizer in order to provide adequate information to the Competitors and to conduct the competition in an orderly manner.
The scope of the Regulations covers all persons participating in the Competition.
Temporal validity of the Regulations: January 15, 2024 – July 21, 2024.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations as necessary. The current competition regulations are available on the Competition’s website (www.spacechallenge.hu).
The Organizer publishes the information related to the competition, which is not included in the Regulations, on the official website of the Competition (www.spacechallenge.hu) and on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/spacechallenge2024). The Organizer is not responsible for information published elsewhere regarding the Competition.

The Organizer will contact the applicant at the e-mail address provided during registration.
The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of the e-mail sent by it, SPAM/Unsolicited mail or other damage resulting from it being in the folder used for mail filtering by the mail system.
Students who have a full-time legal relationship with any Hungarian lower, secondary or higher education institution may participate in the Competition, taking into account the age group classification specified in the competition notice.
Registration is available until the submission deadline.
The Organizer reserves the right to close the application before the above deadline if the number of applying teams exceeds 350 teams.
The deadline for submitting the competition task: April 14, 2024 12:00 p.m
The task must be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration, to the location and method specified in the e-mail sent at least XXX weeks before the submission deadline.
Teams of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 people can apply for the Competition. Team members do not have to be students at the same educational institution, but they must meet the age group classification.
In the Competition, the first three teams in each age group will be awarded, and an audience prize will also be awarded.
Prizes are awarded per position and in the case of a special prize as well, i.e. the team and not the individual receives the prize.
The Organizer will notify those concerned about the time and place of the award ceremony in advance at the e-mail address provided during registration, and will also publish the time and place on the Competition’s official website and Facebook page.
The winning team and the audience award team can only receive their prize in person.
The Organizer reserves the right to check whether the members of the prize-winning teams meet the age classification before awarding the prize. If the prize-winning team did not solve the competition task appropriate for their age group, the Organizer will withdraw the prize and exclude the team from the competition.
